UNDERGROUND TANK DISCLOSURE
Seller represents in December of 1988 six (6) underground tanks and piping (waste oil tanks and gas tanks) were removed from the property which has previously been a Texaco gas station. The Clark County Health Department was advised in advance of the removal and they advised there were no permits needed.
